It was a hard job to pick out some of the great ideas these kids had. Parents, don’t forget to notice your kids aren’t just kids, they are people with feeling.
There have been bells ringing in the halls of RCHS this week and not for Christmas. A new fad has started here, bells on shoes. This past Saturday the Senior class was supposed to work at Big Devil Ski Lodge but as it happened only seven seniors turned out. To quote Mr. Flincham, our sponsor, “15% of the class and 50% of the sponsors showed up”. The Seven Wonders of the Senior class, Debbie Barron, Ella Harper, Patsy Payne, Judy Alther, Buck Payne, Gary Wayland and Brenda Printz, worked from 10 a m. until 4:30 p.m. earning money for the annual Senior trip. It would seem that those seniors who have no time to help make money for the trip won’t have time to make the trip itself. We will work again next Saturday and are looking forward to a larger percentage of Seniors out to help!
The SCA is busy decorating for Christmas. Each homeroom is responsible for decorating their door. The doors will be judged so this should provide some good competition.
