Capt. and Mrs. William Keim of Amissville are presented a wildlife conservation award by Robert P. Anderson at a dinner meeting last Thursday of the Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District. Capt. Keim was recognized for his habitat management of large and small animals, birds and waterfowl. Mr. Anderson is a District director from Rappahannock.
