CITIZENS of Rappahannock County will have an opportunity to express their views and opinions on the needs for higher education at a public hearing to be held Wednesday, February 19, at 7:30 p.m. at the Culpeper High School, sponsored by the Advisory Committee of the Valley of Virginia Consortium of Higher Education. The purpose of the hearing is “to allow all persons in the area to indicate those courses, workshops, classes or other services which might be provided by nearby colleges that would be of most interest and benefit to our community.”
