NEW plates will be issued without decals and will be valid for one year. Owners now renewing licenses have already selected a convenient month for future annual renewal. During the 1975 license year, DMV will send owners an extension notice, reflecting the optional renewal month selected. On payment of a prorated fee, they will receive the appropriate decals. □
