Luke went on to say that ‘‘it has been my experience that when these (discussions) are reported, what is said comes out as an advocacy position when it’s really just people talking off the top of their heads.”

“Then I’d like to schedule an executive session,” said Pete Luke. “How about the 24th? I’ll have Eva telephone around...We’ll discuss the school situation, the budget, taxes, repair of buildings, landfill.”
He asked for a motion that an executive session be held, and Supervisor J.R. Latham obliged. Herbert Foster seconded the motion, and the vote was unanimous.
