“Close-ups”

The closeup last week was called many kinds of pins, needles, nails, etc., but was actually a hypodermic needle, and was correctly identified by several readers. The name drawn from the entries for a free subscription was Marjorie Willis of Culpeper (wouldn’t you know, a nurse). Others to correctly name the object were Robert Harrell, Ray T. Cannon, Virginia Facchina, Tom Massie, Mrs. Bessie Brown, Lewis Turner, and Ricky Jenkins. Try this. Bring or mail replies to the Rappahannock News, Box 38, Washington, Va. 22747. One entry per person, per household. Please do not enter for others.
