RAPPAHANNOCK County Schools have a clear, firm policy relating to possession, use or distribution of illegal drugs on school property or at school sponsored functions. The policy was adopted by the Board and it is the desire of the Board and school administration that parents of school age children be reminded of the policy.
Should school authorities have reason to believe an individual is involved in possession, use or distribution of an illegal drug on school proper!)’ or at a school sponsored function, law enforcement officials are to be notified and ashed to investigate. Parents of the individual and the superintendent of schools will be notified.
