Shea
Nicholas H. Shea of Amissville died August 21, 1975, at Suburban Hospital after a brief illness. He was 60, a retired Colonel in the U.S. Army Air Force. He was employed with Bell Aerospace Corp and with Northrup Aircraft. When he retired about five years ago he purchased Hungry Run Farm and moved to Amissville. He was a fourth generation Washingtonian.
Survivors include his wife, Jean A. Shea of Amissville; a son, Nicholas H. Shea, MD, of Florida; a daughter, Mrs. Patricia Marshall of suburban Washington; his mother, Mrs. Pauline Peirce of Washington, D.C.; a sister, Mrs. Edwin J. Madill of Washington State.
A funeral service was held Monday at Ft. Myer Chapel and interment was in Arlington National Cemetery. □
