THE General Assembly completed its organization for the 1976 session early last week with the assignments of members of the Senate and House to the various committees.
My committee assignments, are Appropriations, Agriculture, Privileges and Elections, and Nominations and Confirmations. These are the same committees on which I have served for the past several years.
It is expected that approximately 1,500 bills will be introduced in this session, which is scheduled to last for 60 days, from Januuary 14 to March 13. The volume of legislation introduced continues
