As it is now, by the time the Supervisors have time to rectify their original mistake, the reason for the concern that prompted the action in the first place will have been passed by; this hunting season will be over.
We hope Mr. Davis’s casual attitude toward this ordinance wasn’t related to his remarks when the matter first came up, remarks which indicated hie thought the whole thing was a bad idea, anyway. It is the Board of Supervisors which has the responsibility for enacting policy matters such as this, not the Commonwealth’s Attorney. □
