The object of this suit is to effect partition of certain real estate situate and fronting on the east and west sides of State Highway Route 645 in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing seventeen acres, more or less, of which Reuben Bailey died, seized and possessed.
And an affidavit having been made and filed that there are certain defendants in this cause who are non-residents of the State of Virginia, namely:
