AND THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF FANNIE BAILEY, a/k/a FAN BAILEY, AND HER SON, EARL BAILEY, a/k/a WILL BAILEY; BESSIE COOK, AND HER CHILDREN, JAMES COOK, MATTIE CLAY, WILBUR COOK AND EUGENE COOK; REUBEN BAILEY, SON OF SARAH BAILEY; AUBREY BAILEY, SON OF CAESAR BAILEY, SR., WHO DISAPPEARED IN 1942 IN BALTIMORE, MARYLAND; IF LIVING, OR IF THEY BE DEAD, THEN, THEIR WIDOWS OR WIDOWERS, AND HEIRS, DEVISEES AND SUCCESSORS IN TITLE; AND, ANY UNKNOWN PARTIES, HEIRS, DEVISEES AND SUCCESSORS IN TITLE, IF ANY SUCH THERE BE, HAVING AN INTEREST IN THE LANDS OF REUBEN BAILEY, WHOSE NAMES AND ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN AND WHO ARE MADE PARTIES DEFENDANT BY THE GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF “PARTIES UNKNOWN.”

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that all of the said non-resident Defendants, whose names and addresses are listed above; all of the named Defendants whose addresses are unknown who are listed above; and the said parties made Defendant by the general description of “Parties Unknown” do appear within ten days after publication of the ORDER and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order of Publication be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia.
