The proposed amendments, if approved by the Commissioner following the public hearing, would then be a part of the agricultural and horticultural standards in these localities as well as all other localities that subsequently adopt the program for these uses.
All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard and to submit objections, amendments and arguments in accordance with the Administrative Process Act. Any interested party may submit data, views and argument to the Department in advance of the hearing.
