CHAPTER 5. Bobcat. R5-01. It shall be lawful to hunt bobcat by day and night from the first Monday in November through December 31, both dates inclusive. R5-02.1. The bag limit for hunting bobcat shall be two per hunting party, taken between noon of one day and noon the following day. The season bag limit shall be six bobcat in the aggregate, taken by hunting and trapping combined. R5-2. It shall be unlawful to buy, sell, barter, exchange, traffic or trade in, bargain for, solicit for, purchase, or transport out of the State, any bobcat pelts until the pelts have been sealed by an agent of the Commission. CHAPTER 8. Fox. R8-2. Except as otherwise provided by local legislation and with the specific exceptions provided in the regulations appearing in this chapter, it shall be Tawful to hunt foxes with guns from November 15 through January 31, both dates inclusive. R8-3, prescribing season for hunting foxes with guns in certain counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains, is hereby rescinded. R8-4, prescribing continuous open season for hunting foxes with guns in certain counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains, is hereby rescinded.
