The above named applicant desires to remodel and upgrade the old Farmer's Coop building in Sperryville for use as a cabinet making and retail shop located in Piedmont Magisterial District. A hearing has been scheduled for 9:00 A.M. on June 9, 1977, in the County Courthouse at Washington, Virginia.
