Certificates may be issued to civilian and military personnel who meet the following requirements:
An applicant must be at least 19 years of age. Under special circumstances which are considered justifiable by local school authorities, the age limit may be lowered.
Applicants must have been a physical resident of Virginia thirty days prior to applying for testing.
Persons interested in taking the test may apply at their local office of the Superintendent of Schools in the County in which he resides. Applications will be accepted through June 8, 1977. A fee of S7.50 is charged for the battery of five tests and $1.50 for each retest. Applicants who apply must present their Social Security Card.
