Edward M. Jones, Jr. was among the graduate students at Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, Blacksburg who received a degree during commencement held May 28, 1977. He was awarded his master of science in agricultural economics.
Mr. Jones was a graduate of Rappahannock County High School and attended the University of Virginia Extension in Madison and was graduated from V.P.I. & S.U. He is a Vietnam veteran and received the Bronze Star for meritorious service under hostile conditions. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Jones of Delamore, Washington, Va.
