Applications for the emergency feed program are being taken at the ASCS office. After the forms are filled out, the County Committee makes a determination on eligibility according to federal guidelines that accompany the program. If the farmer is determined to be eligible, then any feed bought after July 23 is covered for reimbursement, said Eddins.
