Do you know someone who borrowed money to stay warm last winter? Or someone who went without food so he could heat his home? The Virginia Energy Payment Program has money available to help pay last year’s fuel bills. The Area Agency on Aging, which is administering the project in Planning District Nine, is trying to reach low-income persons of all ages in Fauquier, Orange, Culpeper, Madison and Rappahannock counties who may be eligible for these funds.
