The Reverend David Moore visited friends in Virginia Beach for a few days last week.

Mrs. Frances Bedell of Portsmouth, Ark., arrived Wednesday to spend some time with her grandmother, Mrs. W. M. Fletcher. Mrs. Bedell’s daughter, Katherine, has been visiting Mrs. Fletcher for the past week.

Friday supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Updike were Mrs. George Kidwell, Jane and Cheree Lane of Amissville.

Mrs. Tom Perry visited her daughter, Mrs. Donna Kerns, ‘ and family of Manassas from Thursday until Monday, accompanying Mrs. Perry home was her grandson, Bobby Kerns, who will be spending some time with his grandparents.

Guests of Mrs. Alice Wood for several weeks are her son* in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Hall, Eric, Wade, Lee and Loudi of Camilla, Ga.

Miss Patty Penaranda of Fairfax visited her grandfather, Stant Weaver, from Friday until Sunday. Mr. Weaver’s Sunday guests were his daughters and their families, Mr. and Mrs. Nick Penaranda of Fairfax and Mr. and Mrs. Clay Walker and daughter of Shepherdstown, W. Va., and Mike Hicks of Culpeper. Sunday, they all attended a Sunday School picnic at Graves Mountain Lodge, Syria.

Mrs. R. A. Baines and son Lee spent from Thursday to Monday in Nags Head, N. C. joined by Mrs. Baines’ brother and family, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Baker III of Suffolk.

Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Buntin and Miss Nancy Buntin joined Mr. Buntin’s brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Simon Kamminga of Falls Church, for dinner Thursday evening at Skyland. Saturday, Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Fairfax visited their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Fairfax, Jr., and family in Forestville, Md.
