"A data management-systems analyst kind of guy is what we need.” ^ Jones said that at least six months would be required for an adequate study using the services of one PD 9 staffer. He reported that he hadn’t discussed any details of a joint project with the Orange Commonwealth’s Attorney’s office and so didn’t know exactly what Orange would supply. He added that the Commission could possibly obtain an additional grant from DJCP since that organization was most interested in the comprehensive study proposal. “It’s never been done in the state before,” Jones continued. “I think DJCP will supply either money or manpower help for the project.”
