She is survived by three nephews, Boyd Brown, George Brown and Alonzo Brown; and four nieces, Mrs. Annie Jefferies, Mrs. Beatrice Williams Carter, Mrs. Lottie E. Rowe, and Mrs. Deloris B. Jackson.
Blaisdell
John Wesley Blaisdell; Sr., 59, of Flint Hill died Sept. 17, 1977, in Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton. Graveside services were conducted Tuesday, Sept. 20, in the Moore Family Cemetery on Rock Hill Farm near Flint Hill by the Rev. Vickie Pittard.
Mr. Blaisdell was born in Warrenton on Nov. 27, 1917, the son of Joseph Blaisdell and Louise Haley Blaisdell. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Navy, and a member of the Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Department.
Surviving with his wife, Mrs. Mary Moore Blaisdell, are three sons, John W. Blaisdell, Jr., of Berryville, Ribble C. Blaisdell of Jacksonville, Fla., and Richard R. Blaisdell of Greensboro, N. C.; a daughter, Miss Darlene R. Blaisdell of Baltimore, Md.; and four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the coronary care unit of the Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton.
Mrs. Clark
A funeral for Susie Anna Clark of Culpeper was held at Geest Funeral Home Chapel with Robert Flippo and Murhl Howland officiating. Interment followed in Fairview Cemetery, Culpeper.
Mrs. Clark, 86, widow of Maurice G. Clark, died Sept. 19, 1977, at her residence. A native of Sperryville, she was the daughter of the late John H. and Almira Dodson Atkins.
She is survivied by three sons, Marvin W. Clark and William M. Clark, both of Culpeper, and John M. Clark of Sperryville; a daughter, Miss Florence Clark of Culpeper; 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Annie M. Dodson of Flint Hill and Mrs. Mamie Pullen of Culpeper.
The family suggests that expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to the Culpeper Rescue Squad.
