DISCHARGE: Proposed The discharge is a result of the applicant’s sewage treatment facility.

On the basis of preliminary review and application of lawful standards and regulations, the State Water Control Board proposes to issue a permit subject to certain effluent limitations and special conditions. These proposed determinations are tentative.

PROCEDURES FOR THE FORMULATION OF FINAL DETERMINATION

Persons may comment in writing to the Board on the proposed permit within 30 days from the date of this notice. Comments shall include the name, address, and telephone number of the writer, and shall contain a complete, concise statement of the factual basis for the comments. Only those comments received within this period will be considered by the Board. The Board may, upon request or upon its own motion, decide to hold a public hearing if it determines that public response is significant.
