Ballots will be mailed to all known eligible voters by November 25, 1977. All ballots must be returned to the Rappahannock County ASCS Office or postmarked by December 5,1977.
The ballots will be tabulated at the ASCS office on December 7, 1977 at 9 a.m. and the County Convention to elect farmers to vacancies on the County Committee will be held on December 20, 1977. All Committeemen will asume office on January 1,1978.
