WHEREFORE, It Is ORDERED that publication be had against the aforementioned non-resident, who is required to appear within ten (10) days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect the rights and interests of Hope Hill Chapel Church.
And it is further ORDERED that a copy of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the bounty of Rappahannock, and a copy be posted at the front | door of the Rappahannock County Circuit Courthouse , within ten (10) days after the entry of this Order.
