The Planners postponed the scheduled zoning ordinance review until the next Commission meeting, set for Monday, October 24 at 7:30 in the courthouse. The ordinance review will be the only item on the agenda at the October meeting.
Lions Apple
Sales Begin
Rappahannock Lions Gub members will be at their usual stations this weekend and the following weekend for the Club’s annual apple sale. Apples, cider, honey, fruit cakes, brooms and homemade apple butter will be available at the booth at the old apple packing plant on Route 211-522 just west of Washington.
All proceeds from the sale will go to support Club projects for the blind, and deaf and the youth of the county.
