On Sept. 28, Irene Keyset was taken from her home to Warren Memorial Hospital by the Washington Rescue Squad. On October 1, they transported Jesse Grigsby of Castleton from an automobile accident near Rt. 211 to Warren Memorial Hospital where he was DOA.
