Mr. and Mrs. PhUip L. Smith and Alexander were in Washington, D. C. Friday to attend the Ice Capades, and Saturday they were guests at a pig roast in the Jim Stouffer home at Clifton.
Recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey North included Mr. and Mrs. William Plaugher of Alexandria, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Plaugher of Durham, N. C. and their families', and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Boyer and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Boyer, of Upper Marlboro, Md.
Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Easton were Mrs. Easton’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Shaver, of Woodbridge, and her brother and wife, Mr. and Mrs. James Shaver, Jr., of Lorton.
Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Grigsby were in Burtonsville, Md. Sunday to attend a reunion of Mr. Grigsby’s mother’s family, the Erhardts.
Mrs. Aubrey North, Mrs. Richard Burke, Julie and Sherry, and Ms. Bonnie Gore spent a few days last week in Williamsburg.
After spending several days in Warren Memorial Hospital, Mrs. Louise Mills returned home Monday.
Homecoming will be observed at Willis Chapel United Methodist Church on Sunday, October 9. The worship service, conducted by the Rev. Malcolm Maples, will be at 11 a.m.
