NOTICE RAPPAHANNOCK CO. FARM BUREAU MEMBERS RAPPAHANNOCK CO. BOARD OF SUPERVISORS The Rappahannock County Farm Bureau will hold its annual meeting October 12, 1977 at 7:30 at the Court House in Washington, Va. County President Ian Pryde said members will elect officers, adopt resolutions, and hear activities reports at the meeting. > Hiram Zigler of Richmond'will be the main speaker at ■ ' the meeting. He will speak about the matter of setting aside 500 acres of farm and/or timber land as an Agricultural District. One of the features of this year’s annual meeting will be the recognition of Rappahannock County’s growth in membership. For the 7th straight year, Rappahannock has shown a gain in membership. This year’s membership is 297 compared to 241 in 1976. Farm Byreau in Virginia has grown to a record high of more than 53,000 this year. '' ''?/V ?
