Mr. and Mrs. Walter H. Williams, Jr., had as recent visitors their grandchildren, Tammy and Rodney Williams, Mrs. Lewis Butler, Alfred Reel and sons, Eric and Derrick, all of Front Royal, and Mr. and Mrs. Lovell Walker.
Dr. William Alford of Richmond spent Saturday night and Sunday with his parents, the Rev. and Mrs. William Alford.

Mrs. Giles Fox and her mother, Mrs. Charles Wright, Sr., of Richmond called on Mr. and Mrs. James Fox Saturday.
Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Heflin and Jennifer, Mr. and Mrs. Bennie Atkins, their family, and their weekend guests, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Atkins and daughters, of Roanoke, attended a family gathering Saturday at Leeds’ Ruritan Park in Hume, hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Giles Showers of Markham.
Mrs. Howard Cheney is reported improved in Winchester Memorial Hospital.
During the recent absence of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Haslam, of Front Royal, their daugher, Jennifer, divided time between her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Ethel Haslam, in Front Royal, and her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James E. Williams.
