The following day two vehicles were involved in a collision on Route 611 near Amissville. Sylvester R. Grigsby and Laurence Ritchey, both of Amissville were1 the drivers ot the cars.
According to Trooper Baines, Ritchey was charged with hit and run, no insurance and no inspection after leaving the scene. He was driving a 63 Mercury when he struck Grigsby’s 1963 Ford convertible, said the officer.
