Saturday afternoon near Flint Hill on Route 522, Norman Grady Vest of Flint Hill, operating a 75 Dodge van, struck a bridge abutment. Vest, who said he didn’t remember what happened, he blacked out, sustained a possible fracture of his left knee, according to Trooper R. A. Baines.
