The RappahannockRapidan Community Services Board Mental Health Center has been awarded an Operations Grant which will enable the Center to provide a full range of mental health services to Planning District Nine. The Community Services Board is interested in citizen participation in the planning of the mental health services. A Governing Board is being formed for the Rappahannock-Rapid an Community Mental Health Center. The Governing Board will have the responsibility for formulating policies of the Mental Health Center so that the services are made readily available to all citizens and to have suggestions from citizens concerning the nature, quality and scope of the services. The budget of the Center will be developed by the Governing Board. They will also be responsible for the hiring of the Center
