Hall
Funeral services for Ethel Virginia Putnam Hall, 77, of Amissville were held yesterday at the Amissville Methodist Church with the Rev. Ray Crockett officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Hall died Monday evening, Jan. 9, 1978, at her home.
Born on July 16, 1910, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Maude Riley Kemper. She was a member of the Amissville Methodist Church. Two husbands, Gilbert B. Putnam and Harry A. Hall, predeceased her. Survivors include one son, William Gilbert Putnam of Amissville; one sister, - Mrs. Evie Carter of Amissville; and four grandchildren.
Reager
Graveside rites for Charles Thomas Reager, 67, of Huntly were held Sunday at the Willis Chapel Cemetery in Huntly conducted by the Rev. Vickie Pittard. Mr. Reager died Thursday, Jan. 5, 1978 in Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal.
He was born July 15, 1910 in Rappahannock County, the son of Charles C. Reager and Ora M. Kines Reager. He was a retired selfemployed carpenter and a member of Willis Chapel Church.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Betty Lou Lake of Front Royal, Mrs. Margaret Tanner of Winchester and Lucy Mae Hale of San Antonio, Texas; and three grandchildren.
