was ahead by a big margin when the final buzzer sounded, a new scoring record of 60-38. Greg Bright led the team on with 20 big points, and his total has now passed 100 for 8 games. Close behind were Larry Settle and Gary Leake with 12. The rebounds were evenly distributed, and it should be noted that Ernie Fletcher had 3 assists, which was fantastic considering his playing time.

We’d also like to note the great job that the stat keepers and managers are doing in holding the team together. Helping out with Varsity are Jackie Myers, Janice Aylor and Rhonda Estes, who can be seen taking important stats during the game. The managers are Reggie Frye and Harvey Gordon, who can be seen lugging around water bottles, warm-ups, basketballs and many other things.

The Junior Varsity has a helping hand in Rhonda Brown, Judy Lynn, and Denise Wingfield. Managing the guys is Pete Aylor.

The Eighth grade team lost their game to William Monroe in the last 5 seconds.
