In that application, Corporation president James Moore asked for a permit to use the property as a commercial ski area. The request included rights to operate a snowless Alpine slide, to rent areas for the sale of arts and crafts, to run a farmers’ market and miniature golf course and to provide tennis, swimming, hiking and facilities for dancing and musical entertainment.
