Mrs. Effie Thelma Cameron, 76, of Flint Hill died February 19, 1978, in Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal. She was a native of Franklin, Mich., the daughter of the late Merrill and Pearl Grace Brown. She was the widow of Omer W. Cameron.

Survivors include a daughter Edith Kaiser of Pinckney, Mich., a stepson, Wally Ralls of Washington, D. C.; five stepdaughters, Mrs. Helen Poe of Leesburg, Elizabeth Salzman of Berryville, Mildred Knipe of Richmond, Mrs. Jeannette Wines of Riverdale, Md. and Mrs. Dorothy Walters of Flint Hill; nine grandchildren; 13 greatgrandchildren and 26 step grandchildren.

A funeral service conducted by the Rev. William Alford was held Tuesday from the Turner Funeral Home, Front Royal and interment was in Panorama Memorial Gardens. Members of the Front Royal Moose Lodge 829 acted as pallbearers.
