If you have moved your place of residence you should also move your voting registration, according to Rappahannock County Registrar, Mrs. Mary Cleverley. Virginia law requires that a person, to be entitled to vote, must be a citizen of the United States, eighteen years of age, a resident of Virginia and of the precinct in which he offers to vote. He must be duly registered and otherwise qualified under the Constitution.
