To vote in the May 2 election for city and town officials, if you have moved, the last day to register is Saturday, April 1, to change your voting precinct. Anyone not previously registered may also register prior to or on that day for the May town election.
It is wise to change your voting registration when you move at the same time that you change your address and utilities, driver’s license and credit cards. It is important to realize that you cannot go back to the place you formerly lived and vote unless you have moved since November 1977.
