Festival
Nancy Secrist, Rappahannock’s Home Demonstration Agent, is organizing a series of films to be shown once a month on Fridays at the Episcopal Parish Hall in Washington. Titles selected for screening include: New Trunks from Old, Using Green Plants in Interior Design, Solve Picture Problems, Refinishing. Old Quilts and Bedcovers and Using Old Items.
Interested persons are invited to stop by the Extension office and look over the lists of additional films and slides available. “People can pick out what they’d like to see and then we’ll order it for them,” said Ms. Secrist. The opening day of the mini-film festival is scheduled for Friday, March 10 in the Episcopal Parish Hall at 10 a.m. All six of the above listed titles will be shown.
