Effective March 2, Rappahannock businesses that are customers of Potomac Edison will have to curtail electrical load to 70 per cent of usage in the same period last year. The order from the State Corporation Commission exempts facilities whose function is life support, security or essential public services and requires residential customers to reduce electrical consumption by 10 per cent.
