Ground breaking ceremonies to signal the start of construction for Culpeper's Mental Health Clinic building were held at the site last Sunday. The third element in the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Mental Health Center's long-planned Mental Health Services, the Clinic will be located on 1.49 acres off Laurel Street adjacent to Culpeper Memorial Hospital’s former main entrance. Land for the project was deeded to Culpeper County by the Hospital Trustees in 1971 and for use as a Mental Health Clinic in 1974.
