snow fell two weeks ago weren’t that bad. It really was a winter wonderland, at least in the beginning. All three boys were busy with their sleds. They tramped down runs, poured buckets of water down slopes and built jumps searching for that perfect ride. It was a remake of “Endless Summer” with the title changed to “Endless Winter” and the surf boards swapped for flexible flyers.
But the sledding paled after the oldest boy careened down a quarter mile slope, trying to work his sled up to the speed of sound only to smash into his youngest brother as he attempted to make a human bridge with his legs for the sled to go under. This time, the youngest boy turned out to be the immovable object. He sent “irresistable force” to Fauquier Hospital with the possibility of cracked vertebra.
