Then add 1 egg, Vi cup Grandma’s Molasses—(put up by American Molasses Co., New York.)

Beat well...slowly adding V* cup buttermilk with 1 teaspoon of soda.

Spread in greased pan about Vj” deep by 10”xl2". sprinkle flour topping over and bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes sixteen good servings. Delicious served warm with vanilla ice cream. This makes an excellent cold weather dessert.
