Services for William Dudley Grigsby, 58, of Castleton were held Saturday, at Gore Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. Joseph S. Stirman, Jr. Burial was in the Grigsby family cemetery at Castleton.
Mr. Grigsby died February 14, 1979 in Northern Virginia Doctors Hospital.
He was a native of Rappahannock County, the son of Mrs. Maggie Grigsby and the late Paul Grigsby. Mr. Grigsby was employed by the Fairfax ' County School Board.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Mrs. Girtha Burke Grigsby of Castleton; two daughters, Mrs. Mary G. Magee of Amissville and Mrs. Margaret G. Meyer of Castleton; a son, Alvin D. Grigsby of Castleton; and six grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Ada
