Sentinel Alarm Systems, Inc. of Castleton announces the appointment of Troy Collum as Service Manager for its Fire Alarm Division. Collum has recently completed a factory training course covering the use of heat sensors, smoke detectors and automatic telephone dialers for home and farm fire alarm systems.
He will be responsible for the installation and servicing of “Protect-er” fire alarms in Rappahannock and eight surrounding counties in Virginia.
Collum resides in Castleton with his wife, Sharon, and their seven-year-old son, Scott. Born in Sherfield, Ala., he served in the Army in Vietnam.
