This reduction applies to foods like steamed pudding, simmered corn beef, braised beef or stewed chickep. Here’s an easy steak and brown rice dinner.

Ingredients! 2 pounds round steak, cut into serving pieces 2 tablespoons olivtf*il Vi cup brown rice 3 cups water 1 package dry onion soup 1 10-ounce package frozen Italian green beans Directions: Heat pressure cooker. Add oil and brown meat. Remove meat from cooker. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Place meat in cooker. Gose cover securely and set pressure regulator on vent pipe. Cook IS minutes. Let pressure drop on its own.

The Rev. Wesley Warren and his congregation of the Macedonia Baptist Church, Bethesda, Md. will be conducting a service at the Macedonia Baptist Church in Flint Hill on Friday, February 23, at 8 p.m.
