Walter Masterson of Woodville has been named assistant baseball coach under Hap Spuhler at George Mason University, according to Byron Rosen’s column in the February 17 edition of the Washington Post.
Masterson played professional ball for 20 years for the Washington Senators, Boston Red Soxs and Detroit Tigers.
