Tanya Brown returned home Sunday after spending a week with Miss Bonnie Brown in Silver Spring, Md. Sunday afternoon callers of Mrs. Chloe Brown and Mis Elva Bruce were Mrs. Clarence Compton of Reva, Mrs. Nina Palmer of Culpeper and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Johnston of Boston.
The Red Oak Johnsons held their reunion Sunday at the Sperryville fire hall. Among those attending were Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Johnson, Rick and Kristie, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Johnson and Mrs. Ruth Rowles.
Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson attended the DeaneSchoenfeld wedding Monday at the Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church.
Mrs. Edna Payne of Culpeper was a Sunday visitor of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Johnson and Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Rooper and sons of Culpeper were Monday visitors.
Mrs. Floyd Grigsby and family of Irvingston, N. J. were Sunday guests of Mrs. Maggie Grigsby.
Dinner guests Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. Brew Burke were Mrs. Edna Woodward, John, Jr., Jeffery and Tabby Sue of Castleton.
The Wood vil le Homemakers Club will meet Tuesday evening at 7:30 p.m. at the church. Ms. Nancy Secrist will be the program leader.
Mr. and Mrs. James Falls and Tim were in Nashville, Tenn. for the weekend and attended the Grand Ole Opry while there.
