Wrecks
A single vehicle crash involving a motorcycle was investigated August 24 b\ Trooper R. A. Baines. A 107b Harley Davidson cycle operated by Julian William Fox of Lurgv went off the road and struck some trees on Route 211 west of Sperryville at Turn Bridge.
According to Baines, the driver said he was forced off the road and lost control of the cycle. Damage was estimated at $200 and the driver sustained a shoulder injury.
The following day at Fletchers Mill on Route 522 near Sperryville. Charles Donald Williams of Castleton driving a Dodge sedan lost control and struck the bridge railing.
Jennifer Pendleton, a passenger in the Williams car, was taken to Culpeper Memorial Hospital. Charges are pending, said Baines.
